2008年に株式会社テクノクオリティーを設立し、独立自営の技術コンサルタントとして企業の電気製品・電気部品の製品安全と信頼性の向上を支援してきました。
17年間の実務経験を体系化し、現在3つの事業を展開しています。

動画セミナーでのe-ラーニング、社内研修と講演、電気製品の安全性に関するコンサルティングを行っております。
渡部 利範
Watabe Toshinori
35年以上にわたり電子部品の信頼性と製品安全を専門とする。
コピア株式会社にて複写機の電気回路設計・安全規格に従事した後、キヤノン株式会社 品質本部 製品安全技術部にて事務機・医療機器・半導体製造装置などの製品安全性・信頼性に携わる。世界18カ国36都市の電源品質実態測定、安全重要部品の技術開発と基準策定、PL対応のグローバル展開などを主導。
2007年に独立し、株式会社テクノクオリティーを設立。
技術コンサルタント、日本能率協会セミナー講師、高度ポリテクセンター講師として活動するかたわら、経済産業省 製品安全対策優良企業表彰 審査員を2009年から2023年まで歴任。2024年にテクノアカデミーを開講し、技術者教育に注力している。
